Return and repair policy

At Doughie, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. After notifying us of your return, you have 14 days to send the product back. The full order amount will be refunded as soon as we have received your return in good condition. Return shipping costs from Belgium are covered by us; a surcharge may apply for shipments from the Netherlands. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. In the event of damage or excessive use, a reduction in value may be charged. To return a product, please contact info@doughie.be.

To start a repair procedure at our technical center, you can send an email to info@doughie.be

Upon approval of your request, you will receive a shipping label that you must attach to the package for the return. A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your request has been processed.

After a thorough analysis of the product, we will send you a detailed quotation with an overview of any repair costs. Depending on the diagnosis and the cause of the defect, this quotation may indicate whether repair costs apply or if the repair will be carried out free of charge. However, we reserve the right not to perform certain repairs.

Sending and returning the product for repair is your own responsibility. Should the defect not arise from a manufacturing error or non-conformity, such as improper use or when no repair is actually required, the shipping costs may be at your expense. The fact that a product is accepted for repair does not release you from any payment obligations to us.
